Karla has extensive background and experience in Customer Service and Public Relations. She is extremely detail-oriented, which is a benefit in her responsibilities as editor of the ACT Online project courseware. She also stays busy recruiting participants for the ACT Online Training Sessions and other functions and events for the Center. Working closely with the Project Coordinator, versatility is vital in Karla’s agenda.
